Where possible, work is completed on a fixed-fee basis so, at least in most instances, you know the scope and cost from the outset.

Jan Juc Legal by Rebeca McAllum is not your traditional law firm.
We’re intentionally different.
Our practice is largely remote, allowing us to work in a way that is focused, considered and commercially driven. We also offer in-person appointments at the Workers Hut in Torquay, Victoria, alongside online consultations.

A NOTE ON WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING FOR THE SURF COAST
Wills and estate planning have been a meaningful part of Jan Juc Legal since the beginning, and we’re incredibly grateful to the clients who have trusted us with this work.
As the practice has evolved, our primary focus is now business and commercial law. That said, we continue to offer a limited number of estate planning appointments for clients who are ready to put the right structures in place.
Appointments are released on selected Thursdays each month and tend to book in advance.

Rebecca is an experienced lawyer and natural problem-solver who focuses on providing simple and empowering legal advice.
Rebecca McAllum is the founder and principal lawyer at Jan Juc Legal. Rebecca is passionate about focussing on client needs, providing quality advice, problem-solving, and proactive prevention. She has over 15 years of legal experience and holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford.
MORE ABOUT JAN JUCJan Juc is a coastal pocket on Victoria’s wild Surf Coast, neighbouring Torquay. It’s a place shaped by the ocean, with a slower pace of life and a close-knit community; values that strongly influence how we practise law.
