We get involved where legal judgment can change the outcome: before a contract is signed, a position is taken or a problem gets even more expensive.
We also continue to provide limited wills and estate planning services, in particular the drafting of testamentary trusts, for those living on the Surf Coast and around Torquay in Victoria.

Our practice is boutique and largely remote practice, allowing us to work in a way that is focused, considered and commercially driven. We also offer in-person appointments at the Workers Hut in Torquay, Victoria, alongside online consultations.

Rebecca is an experienced lawyer and natural problem-solver, known for strategic and commercially practical advice.
We advise businesses on contracts, intellectual property, regulatory issues and commercial disputes with a focus on clear judgment, practical strategy and protecting what matters.
Our experience spans commercial law, government, regulation and international human rights. Where a matter calls for specialist expertise, we work with trusted consultants so you get the right advice for the issue in front of you.
Our principal, Rebecca McAllum has over 15 years of legal experience and holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford.
