Jan Juc Legal is not your traditional coastal brick-and-mortar law firm and consultancy.
We’re intentionally different. Our practice is largely remote, giving us the flexibility to work thoughtfully and sustainably. We also offer in-person appointments at the Workers Hut in Torquay (Victoria), alongside online consultations.
We are here to support all the big-hearted people who care about their tribe, established businesses and start-ups, the creatives, the digital entrepreneurs and everyone else who falls in between.

Rebecca is an experienced lawyer and natural problem-solver who focuses on providing simple and empowering legal advice.
Rebecca (“Bex”) McAllum is the founder and principal lawyer at Jan Juc Legal. Bex is passionate about focussing on client needs, providing quality advice, problem-solving, and proactive prevention. She has over 15 years of legal experience and holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford.
