We also continue to provide limited wills and estate planning services, in particular the drafting of testamentary trusts, for those living on the Surf Coast and around Torquay in Victoria.

Where possible, work is completed on a fixed-fee basis so, at least in most instances, you know the scope and cost from the outset.

Our practice is boutique and largely remote practice, allowing us to work in a way that is focused, considered and commercially driven. We also offer in-person appointments at the Workers Hut in Torquay, Victoria, alongside online consultations.

Rebecca is an experienced lawyer and natural problem-solver who focuses on providing simple and empowering legal advice.
Rebecca McAllum is the founder and principal lawyer at Jan Juc Legal. Rebecca is passionate about focussing on client needs, providing quality advice, problem-solving, and proactive prevention.
She has over 15 years of legal experience and holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford.
